Activity schedule for direct admission in class 10 and class 12
The first activity for activity schedule direct admission cases is direct admissions in class 10 and class 12. This schedule is as follows:

| September, October, November & December 2023 | Cases of direct admission in Class X or XII and change of subject on account of direct admission after 15 July 2023 based only on transfer of parents who is government employee be sent to the concerned Regional Office so as to reach within 7 days of admission |
Activity schedule for CWSN candidates
CBSE has provides a exemptions/concessions for PWD/CSWN candidates during annual examinations. The activity schedule for CWSN candidate is as follows:

Activities related to change of subject
The activities scheduled for change of the subject is as follows:

| C) Schools to compile all subject change cases in Tabular form (separately for class X and class XII) and send to Regional Office | |
| D) School to receive communication of deficiency for the change of subjects, if any, from Regional Office | |
| E) Schools to communicate fulfillment of deficiency if any, regarding subject change cases to the Regional Office | |
| F) School to receive approvals for subject changes cases from the regional office | |
| G) School to submit correct subject name in List of Candidate (LOC) |
Activities related to List Of Candidates (LOC)
The open opens a dedicated portal to process the data of students giving board exams every year. This portal is List Of Candidates (LOC). This year the activity schedule for LOC is as follows:

| B) Schools to continue with submission of LOC for Class X and Class XII | |
| September 2023 | A) Submission of LOC for class X and class XII to continue up to 18th September 2023 (Monday) without late fees |
| B) Submission of LOC for class X and Class XII (with late fee) to start from 19th September 2023 (Tuesday) up to 25th September 2023 (Monday) |
Activities for Shortage of Attendance
Board has fixed attendance criteria for candidates to appear in board exams. The activities related to attendance shortage are scheduled as follows:

| January 2024 | A) Consider the attendance put in by student(s) up to 1st of January of academic session for class X and class XII |
| B) Schools to compile all shortage of attendance cases in tabular form (separately for class X and XII) and to send to the concerned Regional Office so as to reach by 5th January of the academic session. | |
| C) Schools to receive deficiency, if any, from the Regional Office latest by 15th January of the academic session | |
| D) Schools will communicate fulfilment of deficiency to the regional office by 20th of January of the academic session | |
| E) Schools to receive approvals from CBSE for shortage of attendance cases by 31st of January |
Activities related to candidates participating in sports/olympiad

| December 2023 | A) Schedule request for sports/olympiad participants by 31st December, 2023 |
| B) Students to give their requests to the school | |
| C) Schools to request Sports Authority of India/Homi Bhabha Center for Science Education for their recommendations | |
| D) Schools to send their recommendations along with recommendations of Sports Authority of India / Homi Bhabha center for Science Education to the Regional Office | |
| E) All of the above activities should be completed latest by 31st December 2023 | |
| F) No request will be entertained after 31st Dcember, 2023 | |
| G) These facilities are available only for the Board’s main theory examinations falling during the dates of events of that particular sports/olympiad in the participating event and the journey period for the event | |
| H) Kindly refer this circular – HQRS/Coord/Coo0RDR(PUBD)/1/2022/ dated 21.10.2022 for detailed information | |
| January 2024 | Schools to receive approval from the Regional Office by 15th January 2024 for sports/olympiad participants |
Activities related to ward of armed forces
