  • Section A, consists of 4 questions (1-4). Each question carries 2 marks.
  • Section B, consists of 3 questions (5-7). Each question carries 3 marks.
  • Section C, consists of 2 questions (8 & 9). Each question carries 4 marks.
  • Internal choice are given in the questions.

Class 11 Informatics Practices Sample Paper Pattern

The sample paper contains 5 sections. They are as follows:

  1. Section A – 18 MCQs include two assertion and reasoning-based questions of 1 mark each.
  2. Section B – Contains 7 questions of 2 marks with internal choice in a few questions.
  3. Section C – Contains 5 questions of 3 marks with internal choice in a few questions.
  4. Section D – Contains 3 questions of 5 marks with internal choice in a few questions.
  5. Section E – Contains 2 questions of 4 marks having an internal choice in Part C(iii) in 1 question.

The general instructions are as follows:

  1. This question paper contains five sections, Sections A to E.
  2. All questions are compulsory.
  3. Section A has 18 questions carrying 01 mark each.
  4. Section B has 07 Very Short Answer type questions carrying 02 marks each.
  5. Section C has 05 Short Answer type questions carrying 03 marks each.
  6. Section D has 03 Long Answer type questions carrying 05 marks each.
  7. Section E has 02 questions carrying 04 marks each. One internal choice is given in Q35 against part c only.
  8. All programming questions are to be answered using Python Language only.
